Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the coaching I provide through Zenith Scientific Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17148646), registered office 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA, operating the website at sum.zenithscientific.co.uk.

By booking a consultation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

I sell a single service: a one-off remote consultation of approximately 60 minutes, followed by a bespoke written training plan built from that consultation. Before we speak you complete an intake covering your goals, training history, injuries, available equipment and weekly availability, which I review beforehand.

Your written plan is delivered within five working days of the consultation. It is yours to keep. The price is 130 pounds, paid once.

This is not ongoing coaching. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, no weekly check-in, and no continuing support included in the price. If you want further work after your plan is delivered, that is a separate arrangement.

Coaching is training and nutrition guidance only. It is not medical, diagnostic, prescriptive, or counselling care. You are responsible for training safely and for clearing exercise with a qualified medical professional if you have any relevant health condition.

You agree to give accurate information about your health, history, and goals, and to keep it up to date. The quality of your plan depends on it.

You agree to train within your own limits, to follow safety guidance, and to stop and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, or any warning sign during exercise.

Training outcomes vary from person to person. Your results depend on your starting point, consistency, effort, recovery, and individual circumstances, much of which is outside my control.

I deliver the consultation and your plan with reasonable care and skill, but I do not and cannot guarantee any specific result, body weight, body-composition change, or timeframe. Nothing on this website is a promise of your outcome.

The consultation is a single one-off payment of 130 pounds, taken at the time you book. There is no subscription, no instalment plan, and no automatic renewal, so nothing will ever be charged to your card again without you actively buying something.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Card payments are processed by SumUp Limited; their terms also apply to the payment itself. Your statement will show the payment as Zenith Scientific Ltd.

You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a service bought at a distance. Because your consultation may fall inside that window, your rights and how refunds work are set out in full in the Cancellation and refunds policy.

Training programmes, written guidance, and other materials I provide are licensed to you for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share them with others without written permission.

I provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

I may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, I will give reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
